(구리=브레이크뉴스 경기동북부)하인규 기자=구리시(시장 백경현)는 지난 9일 보건복지부와 한국보건복지인재원에서 공동 주관하는‘인구문제 인식 개선 릴레이 캠페인’에 동참했다고 밝혔다.

지난해 10월 시작한 이 캠페인은 ‘아이는 행복하고 청년은 희망을 키우며 노인은 보람 있는 대한민국이 되도록 함께하자.’라는 주제로 인구 감소와 고령화 문제에 대한 사회적 공감대를 확산하기 위하여 전국 지자체와 공공기관 등이 주축이 되어 캠페인을 진행하고 있다.

백경현 구리시장은 자매결연도시인 경상북도 울릉군 남한권 군수의 지목을 받아 이번 캠페인을 참여했으며, 다음 참여기관으로는 구리소방서와 구리세무서를 지목했다.
