꽃 단지 조성 및 신천 둔치 활용 방안 연구회는 ‘신천’ 등을 활용한 꽃 단지 조성, 자전거도로 개설, 축제 개발, 경관 조명 구성 등을 모색했으며, 문화유산 관광 연구회에서는 노르메시(노르웨이 이동 외과 병원)와 보호수 등의 고유 문화유산을 활용한 관광 활성화 방안을 도출했다.
