평가에 따라 최우수 공동주택으로는 양서면 훼미리아파트, 우수 양평읍 그린2차아파트, 장려 용문면 꽃여울아파트가 선정됐다. 훼미리아파트(1992년 준공)는 분리수거장의 시설이 열악함에도 불구하고 관리사무실 인근에 분리수거장을 배치해 철저하게 시설을 관리하는 등 우수한 배출 현황을 갖춰 높은 점수를 획득했다.
