(브레이크뉴스 경기동북부)하인규 기자=경기도가 도내 사회복지 종사자의 실무능력 향상을 위한 교육과 상호 소통의 장을 마련하는 등 역량강화 사업을 추진한다.

 

경기도와 경기도사회복지사협회가 추진하는 ‘사회복지 종사자 역량강화 사업’은 사회복지서비스 질 향상을 위해 2020년부터 실시하고 있는 사업으로 사회복지 종사자를 위한 심리상담과 힐링 프로그램이 주요 내용이다.

 

올해는 그동안 코로나19로 실시하지 못했던 종사자 역량강화 힐링캠프(1박2일) ‘쉼과 채움’ 연수프로그램을 추진, 390명(참여형 340명, 공모형 50명)을 지원한다.

 

참여형 연수프로그램은 9월부터 10월까지 강원도 소재 힐리언스 선마을(30명, 8회), 춘천(20명, 2회), 대부도(20명, 2회), 제주(20명 1회)에서 실시된다.

 

공모형 연수프로그램은 현장학습, 견학 등 주제를 정해 팀단위(4인~8인 구성) 연수 공모를 통해 50명에게 연수활동비(1인당 15만 원)를 지원한다.

 

또한, 사회복지 현장에서 신체적·정서적 폭력을 경험한 종사자를 대상으로 전문 상담 기관을 통한 심리상담도 지원할 계획이다.

 

참여를 희망하는 사회복지시설 종사자는 10일까지 경기도사회복지사협회로 신청하면 된다.

 

앞서 도는 2020년~2021년 코로나19 확산 방지를 위해 비대면 온라인 교육을진행했다. 역량 강화를 위한 명사 초청 강연, 사회복지 현장에서 위험을 경험한 종사자 대상 심리상담 지원 및 홈트레이닝, 소품 만들기 등 온라인 힐링 클래스에 도내 사회복지 종사자 약 1,696명이 참여했다.

 

윤영미 경기도 복지정책과장은 “사회복지 실천 현장에서 감정적 소모가 많은 종사자에게 심리지원 상담과 힐링 기회를 제공함으로써 도민에게 제공하는 복지서비스의 질이 향상될 수 있길 기대한다”고 말했다.
