도는 역학조사를 통해 감염 가능 기간에 신생아실을 이용한 17명을 대상으로 신속하게 결핵 검사를 실시하는 한편, 보호자를 대상으로 온라인 설명회를 열어 치료과정에 대한 이해를 도울 방침이다.

 

14일 경기도에 따르면 남양주시 소재 A 산후조리원에 근무하는 간호조무사 B씨가 지난 1월 11일 기관지 내시경을 통한 객담 배양검사 결과에서 결핵에 감염된 것으로 최종 확인됐다. B씨는 지난해 11월 22일 기관지 내시경을 통한 객담 배양검사를 실시했는데 최대 8주까지 걸리는 검사 결과가 이날 나온 것이다.

 

11일 B씨에 대한 최종 검사 결과가 나오자 도는 질병관리청 수도권질병대응센터, 남양주풍양보건소와 공동으로 역학조사팀을 구성해 현장조사를 실시하고, 다음날인 12일 전문가가 참여하는 대책회의를 거쳐 접촉자 조사범위, 검진방법 및 후속조치 등 신속한 대처방안을 마련해 시행에 들어갔다.
